The 1989 Tooheys 1000 at Mount Panorama in Bathurst featured the Holden Racing Team (HRT) VL Commodore Walkinshaw; run at the time by Larry Perkins. Seen here is Win Percy in the number 17 car, closely following teammate Larry Perkins in the number 16 car.
