Mississippi has a long and proud tradition of service—generation after generation of men and women who have stood up to defend our freedom. Their courage and sacrifice shaped not only our nation’s history, but the values we live by today. This Veterans Day, I’m reminded that freedom isn’t something we simply inherit - it’s something we must continue to defend.
